Authentication Charges:

SIAC’s charges for the authentication of arbitration awards made in Singapore (w.e.f 1 Jan 2010):

Awards Issued by SIAC

• Authentication Fee S$150 (for each authenticated copy)
  Incidentals S$10
  7% GST S$11.20
  Total S$171.20

Other Awards

• Authentication Fee S$400 (S$200 for each additional authenticated copy)
  Incidentals S$10
  7% GST S$28.70
  Total S$438.70
     


Certification Charges:

For any award/arbitration agreement where seat is Singapore:

• Certification Fee S$150 (for each certified copy)
Incidentals S$10
  7% GST S$11.20
  Total S$171.20
